The location was great and absolutely perfect, with bars and restaurants near the hotel. There was variety of places nearby that offered food: bars and restaurants. Incredibly spacious rooms with 2 big pillows, had a great experience.

Noise from nearby trains could be a bother during operating hours!!! Water bottles not provided in rooms leaves a lot to be desired!!! The self-dispense station far from rooms is inconvenient!!!

Spacious rooms and great location!
We had two big rooms for our family, and they were super comfy. Loved being so close to the train station! It was easy to find food nearby, like 7/11 and McDonald's. Staff were friendly too. Just wished the Wi-Fi could've been stronger.

The Japanese Western Style Suite Room was super comfy! The futon was surprisingly cozy, and the room was super clean. Loved that the hotel was close to Nishi-Nippori station for easy access to the city. Daily housekeeping did a great job too. They dropped off fresh towels even when we had the do not disturb sign on. Just a bit noisy from the trains nearby, and the room could use a stronger Wi-Fi connection to make streaming easier.

I had a lovely time at this place! The Japanese-style twin room was ideal for enjoying meals on the tatami next to the bed, and the nice-branded toiletries added a touch of luxury. Just keep in mind that the laundry facilities operate only during certain hours, so plan ahead if you need to do some washing 😊
